Collection launch day in Dallas

Mushiny shelf-to-person: 8 stations, 80 T6-1500 robots (68 working, the rest charging), 1,264 pods, one 3D Sorter Max with 408 cells. NOR and LOU orders of March 25, 2026 at 80% of company volume. The drop starts at 12:00 PM PT, which is 2:00 PM in Dallas (CT). All aisles are one-way, with four rows of road in front of the stations. A pod turns around at its station's rotation point when the other side has to face the operator. Robots never share a cell: each one books the cells ahead and waits when they are taken.

Pod handling in the model: 1 s operator reaction when a pod arrives, 9 s per line, 2 s per extra unit. The pod change itself is robot motion (3.6 s), not a fixed time. These are assumptions to be calibrated in the Rockstar pilot.
